La società, situata a Canonica d’Adda nel Nord Italia tra Milano e Bergamo, è presente sul mercato da oltre 50 anni, ed è gestita dalla terza generazione della Famiglia Lombardini.
I nonni, Pietro e Giulia, iniziarono l’attività nel 1957, producendo artigianalmente Tortellini romagnoli e Lasagne e distribuendoli nel paesi limitrofi. Il successo dei prodotti fece decidere al figlio Luciano e alla moglie Gaia di continuare la tradizione, apportando modifiche ai laboratori e potenziando gli impianti di produzione e confezionamento. Aggiunsero successivamente nuovi formati di pasta fresca e alcune specialità tipiche regionali italiane, espandendo cosi il mercato. I nipoti, Luca e Stefano, continuando il percorso dei nonni e dei genitori, entrarono nell’ attività e nel 1990 la società ottenne dal Ministero della Salute di Roma, il certificato C.E.E #9-424/L. Il Raviolificio Lombardini srl fin dal 1995 ha adottato il sistema di autocontrollo HACCP.
Nel 2005 ha ottenuto il certificato ISO 9001/2000. Nel 2008 è certificata IFS/BRC a seguito della importante ristrutturazione generale (strutturale e tecnologica) operata nel 2007.
Da oltre sei anni la società esporta la tradizione di famiglia in tutto il mondo.
The company, based in Canonica d’Adda, in the North of Italy between Milan and Bergamo, enjoys a 50 year long history, spanning three generations of family management.
The grandparents Pietro and Giulia began to make fresh filled pasta and Lasagne in 1957 and their reputation was immediately established, providing the local communities with superb pasta products. Their son, Luciano and his wife, Gaia, continued the tradition modernizing the kitchens, work and packaging laboratories. New fresh pasta forms were introduced representing typical fresh pasta from the various regions of Italy, and the company maintained its reputation for quality.
Following in their parents and grandparents footsteps, Luca and Stefano entered the business and by 1990, with the addition of new production lines, the Rome Ministry of Health Certificate C.E.E #9-424/L was obtained.
The company has applied the HACCP system since 1995. In 2005 it achieved ISO 9001/2000 #15-100-53375 certification and in 2008 IFS-4 International Food Standard #060518401 certification.
Lombardini srl has been exporting the family tradition around the world for the last 6 years.
